Georgian-bar sash windows

Decorative glazing bars that divide the glass into smaller panes can be added to replicate the look of original Georgian and Victorian windows. Bars are typically applied to both faces of the glass so the effect reads from inside and outside.

 

What about mock sash windows?

If you want the look of a sash window at a lower cost, a mock sash window is worth considering. Mock sash windows are casement windows styled with the proportions and raised meeting rail of a traditional sash, but opening on a hinge rather than sliding. Aluminium

Genuinely slimmer frames, a wider colour range and a longer lifespan. Worth considering if the property has large window openings or if a specific colour is required that uPVC cannot match.
